Limited to 200 copies on RED VINYL and packaged in a gatefold sleeve (featuring expanded original artwork), this is a reissue of the 1975 album by a well known Finnish musician. Before he became a household name in his native country, Hector was dabbling in psychedelia, mysticism and progressive rock. 'Liisa Pien' is a concept album of which the first six songs form a story cycle. The influence of the progressive rock bands of the era is obvious, and -apart from originals- there are covers of songs by King Crimson and Procol Harum.
In the Finnish music scene Hector has become a household name, responsible for some of the most popular tunes in the country. However, in the 70s he was dabbling in psychedelia, mysticism and progressive rock. Liisa Pien (1975) is a concept album, with the first six songs forming a story cycle.
