Just Another Diamond Day is the First Album released by English Folk Singer Vashti Bunyan.
As many youths of her time, Vashti Bunyan lived quite an adventurous life, breaking with the conventions of the Society she despised and pursued a life where Nature and Art were the only canons. Her first connection with Folk Music came while on a Trip to New York, where Bob Dylan was starting his career and had released his Landmark Album, The Freewheelin’ Bob Dylan. Vashti was very unimpressed with the Musical scene though, and after releasing a Couple Singles, picked-up by The Rolling Stones Manager Andrew Loog Oldham, she completely gave up playing the in Music Scene and lived as a Nomad for the next couple of years, living on the forest with her boyfriend and traveling on a small Horse-Wagon through Rural Britain.
