The album contained songs in a pop-folk style, primarily ballads. Most of the lyrics were written by Marek Dutkiewicz and Ernest Bryll, while Janusz Kruk and Katarzyna Gärtner were primarily responsible for the compositions. The album contains some of the band's biggest hits: 'Chodz, pomaluj moj swiat,' 'Czerwone Slonce,' 'Wstawaj, ze dnia,' and 'Hej, dogoniem lato.' It brought the band immense popularity and earned them the status of a gold record (the first of three in the band's history).[2]
In 1995, a reissue of the album was released on CD. In addition to the songs from the vinyl album, it included five bonus tracks: four tracks from the so-called 'czworka' 2+1 (2+1) released in 1971, and the song 'Codziennosc' (Everyday Life) by Marek Grechuta, which the band performed at the 11th National Festival of Polish Song in Opole.
